"Tasha packed the ham and bread. Then she set out through the deep, dark forest." (p.14)Once upon a time, there was a little girl called Tasha. She had a doll which her mother gave her. The doll helped her. Her mother died when she was very young. A few years later, Tasha's father married again. Her new mother was a mean person. One day, her new mother said her, "I want you to go to Baba Yaga's hut in the forest." She went to the hut with her doll. Then she reached there, and she met Baba Yaga. Baba Yaga wanted to eat her. But Baba Yaga's cat and dog helped Tasha. Also the doll helped Tasha too. She ran away from Baba Yaga. She arrived at her house, and she told her father about this thing. So her father threw her new mother out of the house. She was never seen again.
